1: boneless chicken 400g (boiled with salt 1/2 tsp & then shredded it)
2: potatoes 400g (boiled & mashed)
3: salt 1/2 tsp
4: crushed red chilli 1 & 1/2 tsp
5: garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
6: chaat masala powder 1 tsp
7: green chilli 3 (chopped)
8: fresh coriander 3 tbsp
9: charcoal to smoke the mixture
For Coating:
1: egg (beat)
2: dry bread crumbs
3: oil to grease your palms
1: in a bowl mix chicken, potatoes, salt, crushed red chilli, garam masala, green chilli, fresh coriander mix well.
2: heat the coal.
3: smoke the mixture as shown in the video.
4: grease your palms and make cutlets.
5: now dip in egg, roll in the bread crumbs.
6: heat oil and fry the cutlets till gets golden on both sides, then place on paper towel to remove extra oil.
7: serve hot with tomato ketchup.
NOTE: can store in airtight box in the fridge.
