1: sugar 3/4 cup
2: water 1/4 cup
3: lemon juice
4: sesame seeds 1 cup (i use 250ml)
5: clarified butter 1 tsp
6: lemon juice 1 tsp
1: in a pan add the sesame seeds and roast it on medium flame, keep mixing and make sure it does not get to dark, then place it on a plate.
2: in a pan add clarified butter, sugar, water, lemon juice and cook on low to medium flame till the syrup is ready as shown in the video, it needs to have threads.
3: now add the roasted sesame seeds and cook for further 30 seconds and close the flame.
4: grease a this plastic sheet and quickly transfer the mixture on it and keep mixing till gets a little cool, just enough for you to handle it.
5: grease your palms and make round flat discs and place on a plate to cool completely.
6: once cooled completely store in zip lock bag.
