1: Boneless chicken 1/2 kg cubes
2: Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
3: Chile powder 1 tsp
4: Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
5: Salt 1 tsp
6: Papaya paste 1 tbsp
7: Bread crumbs 2 cups
8: yogurt 4 tbsp
9: Lemon juice 2 tbsp
10: Cashew nuts (grinned) 1 tbsp
11: Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp grinned
12: Cumin (roasted and crushed) 1tbsp
13: Fennel seeds 1 tsp grinned
14: Eggs 2 beaten for frying
1: Marinate chicken with all the given ingredients for 2 hours.
2: Put them on wooden skewers, roll them in crumbs, dip sticks in beaten eggs and deep fry, on medium flame till golden and done.
3: serve hot with mint chutney, roti.
