1: onion 1 medium (finely chopped)
2: green chilli 3 (finely chopped)
3: tomatoes 1 medium (finely chopped)
4: fresh ginger 2 inch piece (grated)
5: red chilli powder 1 tsp
6: salt 1 tsp
7: cumin seeds 1 tsp
8: eggs 6
9: wheat flour 1 cup (250 ml)
10: water 1 cup
11: oil for brushing the frying pan
1: in a bowl add onions, green chilli, tomatoes, fresh ginger, red chilli powder, salt, cumin seeds, eggs and beat it.
2: now add wheat flour, water and beat for 1 minute.
3: heat a frying pan and grease it as shown in the video.
4: pour the batter in the hot frying pan and cook it on medium flame for 1 & 1/2 minutes in both sides.
5: serve hot with achar, garlic chutney.
