1: king prawns 1 kg
2: fresh garlic 4 tbsp (cut in julienne)
3: fresh ginger 4 tbsp (cut in julienne)
4: butter 50g
5: cream 6 tbsp
6: lemon juice 4 tbsp
7: turmeric 1/2 tsp
8: cumin seeds 1tbsp (dry roasted & crushed)
9: coriander powder 1 tbsp
10: red chilli powder 1 tsp
11: salt 1 tsp
12: garam masala powder 1 tsp
13: tomato puree 4 tbsp
14: fried onions 6 tbsp (ready made)
15: tomatoes 6 (sliced)
16: oil 1/2 cup
17: fresh coriander 1/2 cup
1: heat oil add garlic fry till light golden, on high flame.
2: then add tomatoes, red chilli, turmeric, salt, coriander powder, cumin, ginger and cook till the oil comes on surface and tomatoes softened.
3: add tomato puree, garam masala powder mix well and add the prawns mix and cook on high flame for 10 minutes.
4: now add the fried onions, cream, butter, lemon juice mix and simmer for 5 to 6 minutes on low flame.
5: then add coriander mix.
6: serve hot with naan, roti or rice.
