For Filling:
1: bread slices 8 slices
2: Cheddar cheese 1 cup (grated)
3: mozzarella cheese 1 cup (grated)
4: pizza sauce 1 cup (readymade or homemade check the link in the video)
5: salami 16 slices
6: onion 1 medium (finely chopped)
7: black olives 12 (sliced)
8: bell pepper 1 medium (finely chopped)
9: oregano 2 tbsp
For Batter:
1: gram flour 2 cups (sieved)
2: water as much required to make a medium batter
3: crushed red chilli 1 tbsp
4: black pepper powder 1 tsp
5: oregano 1 tbsp
6: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
7: baking soda 1/2 tsp
For Frying:
1: oil
1: spread pizza sauce on the bread slices.
2: now add the cheese, salami, bell pepper, onion, black olive, oregano, bread slice and cover, press firmly on the sandwich and cut in half.
3: make the batter add the ingredients under batter, mix well.
4: heat oil.
5: dip the bread slices in the batter and deep fry till golden on both sides, on high flame.
6: serve hot with pizza sauce.
