1. In a pan, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
2. Place the pan over medium to high heat and cook, stirring continuously, until the mixture thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan.
3. Once thickened, transfer the mixture to a dish and spread it evenly. Allow it to cool.
4. Garnish with silver leaf and pistachio.
5. Cut into pieces, serve, and enjoy!
