Ingerdients:
1: pasanday 2kg (beef flattened steaks)
2: onions 5 large (sliced)
3: ginger & garlic paste 2-1/2-tbs
4: salt 1-1/2 tsp
5: red chilli powder 1-1/2-tsp
6: turmeric 1-tsp
7: coriander powder 1-1/2-tsp
8: cumin powder 1-1/2-tsp
9: cumin seeds 2-tsp
10:black cardamom 4
11:black pepper corn 1-tsp
12:vinegar 1 glass
13:oil 1 cup
14:water 3 large glasses
15:fresh coriander 1/2-cup
16:green chilli 3
17:garam masala 1-tsp
Recipe:
1: in a large bowl add the steaks, ginger & garlic paste, vinegar and all the spices mix well cover and keep it for 1/2 hour.
2: heat oil in a pan add onions and fry till gets golden.
3: then add the steaks with the marination, 3 large glass of water, wait for a boil cover and cook medium flame till the water dries and the steaks are cooked completely.
4: garnish it with fresh coriander, green chilli and garam masala powder mix well.
5: serve hot with roti.
