Recipe:
1: IN A BOWL ADD THE WHEAT FLOUR, CAROM SEED, SALT, GHEE MIX WELL.
2: THEN ADD THE WATER SLOWLY, AND KNEAD A HARD DOUGH, COVER AND KEEP FOR 15 MINUTES.
3: NOW DUST THE SURFACE WITH FLOUR AND ROLL IT THIN, USE A CUTTER ANY SHAPE, AND WITH A FORK PRICK THE ROLLED PIECES SO THAT IT STAYS FLAT WHILE FRYING.
4: HEAT THE OIL, AND ADD ONE PIECE AT A TIME AND DO NOT OVERLAP THEM, FLAME SHOULD BE LOW TO MEDIUM.
5: FRY TILL GOLDEN, ON BOTH SIDES & ENJOY!
