For The Curry:
1: tomatoes 3 (grinned to a paste)
2: Ginger & Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
3: green chilli 2 (chopped)
4: salt 1 tsp
5: red chilli powder 1 tsp
6: cinnamon stick 1 inch
7: cumin seeds 1 tsp
8: cloves 4
9: green cardamom 4
10: turmeric 1/2 tsp
11: coriander powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
12: cashew nuts 15 (grind to a paste)
13: onion 1 medium (grind to a paste)
14: yogurt 1/2 cup
15: cream 1/3 cup
16: oil 1/2 cup
17: paneer readymade 500g (cottage cheese cut in 1 inch strips & then slice it in half)
18: green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
For Filling:
1: fresh coriander 1 cup
2: fresh mint 1/2 cup
3: ginger 1 inch piece
4: garlic 3 cloves
5: salt 1/2 tsp
6: cashew nuts 15
7: green chilli 3
For Coating:
1: cornflour 4 tbsp
2: water enough to make a paste
1: to make filling: in a blender add all ingredients under chutney, grind to a paste.
2: now take the paneer and add the filling, keep the other half on the top, fill all, keep aside.
3: heat it.
4: mix corn flour and water to make a paste, dip the filled paneer in the cornflour mixture and place it in the hot oil till gets fried, keep aside.
5: to make curry, heat oil add cumin seeds, cloves, cinnamon stick, green cardamom and fry on high flame for minute.
6: add onion paste, ginger & garlic paste, fry on high flame till changes colour.
7: then add tomato grinned, cashew nuts grinned, yogurt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric, green chilli mix and cook till the oil comes on surface.
8: add water 1/2 cup mix and cook till the water dries.
9: now add green cardamom powder, cream mix and cook to 6 to 7 minutes.
10: now cut the fried paneer, add the curry in the serving dish, place the sliced paneer in it and serve.
11: serve hot as a starter or Rice, Roti.
