Recipe:
1: first crush the biscuits for the base, both Oreo and digestive and mix them.
2: Mix together the crushed biscuit & the sugar then add the melted butter mix well.
3: Press into the bottom of a lined spring form pan & leave to one side.
4: Whisk the cream, I used an electric mixer, until stiff peaks form and set aside.
5: Mix all other ingredients together in a large bowl except for the crushed Oreo biscuits whisk and mixed on a medium
speed for about 5 minutes until the mixture is really smooth.
6: mix in the crushed Oreo biscuits and then pour on top of your prepared base in the spring form pan.
7: Leave to set in the fridge for at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight.
