Marination:
1: mutton 1 kg
2: salt 1 tsp
3: black pepper powder 1 tsp
4: ginger & garlic paste 1 & 1/2 tbsp
5: yogurt 1 cup
For Making The Gravy:
1: oil 1/4 cup
2: butter 100g
3: cashew nuts 25
4: onion 2 large
5: garlic 8 cloves
6: ginger 1 & /2 inch
7: green chilli 4
8: tomatoes 4 large
For Cooking The Meat:
1: oil 1/4 cup
2: butter 100g
3: red chilli powder 2 tsp
4: cumin seeds 1 tbsp (dry roasted & crushed)
5: coriander seeds 1 tbsp (dry roasted & crushed)
6: cream cheese 3 tbsp
7: tomato ketchup 3 tbsp
8: cream 3 tbsp
9: tomato puree 3 tbsp
10: red food colour 1/4 tsp
11: sugar 1 tbsp
12: dry fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
1: in a bowl add meat. salt, black pepper, ginger & garlic paste, yogurt mix well and keep aside for 2 hours.
2: heat oil, butter add cashew nuts, onions, garlic, ginger, green chilli anf fry on high flame till onions get soft.
3: then add the tomatoes and fry till the tomatoes get soft on high flame.
4: now leave the onion fried mixture to cool and then grind to a paste.
5: heat oil and butter add the marinated meat, red chilli powder, cumin, corainder, water 1 cup and cook in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes.
6: once the meat is cooked then add the grind mixture on onions, cream cheese, tomato ketchup, cream, tomato puree, red food colour, sugar, dry fenugreek mix will and cook on high flame till the oil is on the surface.
7: serve hot with roti, naan, roghni naan.
