1: mince 1/2 kg (mutton)
2: oninos 1 medium (finely chopped)
3: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbs
4: green chillies 3 (finely chopped)
5: fresh coriander 1/2 cup
6: garam masala powder 1/2 ts (mix spices)
7: crushed red chillies 1 tbs
8: turmeric 1/2 ts
9: salt 1 ts
10:oil 2 tbs
11:readymade puff pastry 500 g packet

1: heat oil in a pan & add the onions, ginger, garlic paste and cook till gets transparent, on high flame.
2: then add the mince in the pan and turmeric, crushed red chillies, garam masala, salt and mix it well and add 1/2 cup of water and cover, cook on low to medium till all the water is dried and the oil comes on the surface.
3: when the water drys add the fresh coriander, green chillies and mix it ( the filling should have no oil, or thr patties will get soggy) drain any extra oil & leave it to cool down.
4: on a baking tray put foil paper and lightly grease it.
5: preheat the oven to 180c, gas mark 4, 350f.
6: dust the working surface with flour and roll the puff pastry, cut it in square pieces and again roll lightly, then add the filling and close it, giving a tringale shape and pressing the sides, place them on the baking tray.
7: whisk the egg & brush it on the patties and bake it for 18 to 20 minutes or till the patties are golden.
8: once baked serve hot.
