Ingerdients:
1: ricotta cheese 450g
2: full fat dried milk 1 cup (NIDO)
3: sugar 150g
4: unsalted butter 90g
5: green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
6: almonds 15 pieces (sliced)
7: pan greased
Recipe:
1: in a pan add butter and ricotta cheese mix well and melt them both keep stirring, on medium flame.
2: once it melts add cardamom powder, sugar mix well then add the dry milk powder and mix.
3: then cook on medium flame till all the liquid dries, add half the almonds, keep stirring.
4: once it dries, place the mixture in the greased pan, spread it, and top it with the remaining almonds on the top press them down, and leave it to cool down completely.
5: cut in pieces and serve.
