1: boneless chicken 300 gm (cut in cubes)
2: ketchup 4 tbsp
3: vinegar 2 tbsp
4: oil 1 tbsp
5: crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
6: tooth picks
7: salt 3/4 tsp
8: sugar 1 tbsp
9: mustard paste 1 tsp
10: lemon juice 1 tbsp
11: inger & garlic paste 1/2 tsp
12: wooster sauce 1 tsp
13: egg 1
14: bread crumbs as required
1: Marinate chicken with all above for 30 mins.
2: thread chicken pieces onto tooth picks.
3: dip in egg, roll in crumbs, deep fry in medium hot oil until golden.
4: serve hot and enjoy.
NOTE: CAN FREEZE THEM AFTER COATING.
