For Achari Masala:
1: coriander seeds 1 tbsp
2: cumin seeds 1 tbsp
3: mustard seeds 1 tsp
4: fennel seeds 1 tbsp
5: fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
6: nigella seeds 1/2 tsp
7: dry mango powder 1 tsp
8: coriander powder 1 tbsp
9: red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
10: crushed red chilli 1 tbsp
11: turmeric 1/2 tsp
12: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
For Cooking Chicken:
1: oil 1/2 cup
2: onions 3 medium (grind)
3: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
4: chicken 1 kg
5: tomatoes 3 large (grind)
6: coriander leaves handful
7: green chilli 6 to 7
1: crush corainder seeds, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, fennel seeds and then add fenugreek seeds, nigella seeds, dry mango powder, corainder powder, red chilli powder, crushed red chilli, turmeric, salt mix well and keep aside.
2: heat oil add onion and fry on high flame till changes colour.
3: then add ginger & garlic paste mix and add chicken, fry on high flame till changes colour.
4: now add tomatoes and achar masala mix add water 1 cup, wait for a boil on high flame, then cover and cook on low to medium till chicken is tender and oil comes on surface.
5: add corainder leaves, green chilli and simmer on low flame for 5 minutes.
