1: oil 1/3 cup
2: butter 4 tbsp
3: onions 1 large (grind)
4: green chilli 8 (grind)
5: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
6: tomato puree 2 tbsp or 2 tomatoes (grind)
7: garam masala powder 1 tsp
8: black pepper powder 1 tsp
9: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
10: red chilli powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
11: cumin powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
12: yogurt 1 cup
13: cream 1 cup
14: fresh coriander 3 tbsp
15: green chilli 3 (chopped)
16: eggs 9 (boiled & cut in half)
17: dry fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
1: in a pan heat oil and butter and add the mixture of onion and green chilli, ginger & galic paste fry on high flame till changes colour.
2: now add tomatoe puree, gram masala powder, black pepper, salt, red chilli, cumin powder mix well add water 1 cup and cook on medium flame till the water dries.
3: add yogurt, cream mix and cook on medium flame till the oil comes on surface.
4: then fresh corainder, green chilli, dry fenugreek, boiled eggs cut in half, simmer on low flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
5: serve hot with roti, naan, or shermal.
