1: plain flour 200g
2: sugar 300g
3: ghee 200g
4: almonds 25 (sliced)
5: pistachios 20 (sliced)
6: green cardamom powder 1 tsp
7: water 6 cups (i used 250ml cup)
1: melt ghee, add plain flour fry till gets golden and you can smell a nice aroma, on medium to high.
2: then add green cardamom mix well.
3: add water to the halwa and cook till the water dries, on medium flame.
4: now add sugar and cook till the sugar liquid water dries.
5: then add the nuts mix well.
6: garnish with remaining nuts.
7: serve and enjoy.
