Ingerdients:
1: meat 1 kg (mutton)
2: onions 2 large (sliced)
3: tomatoes 5 large (sliced)
4: turmeric 1/2 tsp
5: red chilli powder 1 tsp
6: salt 1 tsp
7: bullet green chilli 6 (sliced)
8: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbs
9: oil 1/2 cup
10:fresh coriander 1/2 cup
Recipe:
1: heat oil in a pan add onions, ginger & garlic fry on high flame till gets light golden.
2: then add tomatoes, meat mix well and cook it till the meat changes colour and the tomatoes get soft on high flame.
3: now add red chilli, turmeric, salt, 2&1/2 cups of water mix well and wait for a boil, then cover and cook on low to medium flame till the meat is cooked and water dries.
4: now add fresh coriander, green chilli mix and serve hot.
