For Filling:
1: chicken mince 1 kg
2: onions 2 large (finely chopped)
3: fresh coriander 1/2 cup
4: green chilli 8 (finally chopped)
5: salt 1 tsp
6: black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
7: crushed red chilli 1/2 tsp
8: garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
9: oil 3 tbsp
For Naan:
1: plain flour 4 cups
2: thick greek yogurt 4 tbsp
3: dry milk powder 4 tbsp
4: salt 1 tsp
5: baking soda 1 tsp
6: water as much required
1: in a bowl add, plain flour, milk powder, sugar, salt, baking soda mix, then add yogurt and water and make a dough, put some oil on the dough and cover, leave it for 1 hour.
2: heat oil add the onions and cook on high flame till gets soft.
3: now add the mince, salt, crushed red chilli, garam masala powder, black pepper powder, green chilli, coriander mix well cover and cook on low to medium till the mince is cooked and no liquid is left.
4: once the mince is cooked leave it to cool completely.
5: once the dough has rested for 1 hour, make balls, cover and leave it for 15 to 20 minutes.
6: preheat oven 350f, 180c, gas mark 4, 30 minutes before.
7: dust the surface with flour roll it add the filling, seal the dough ball as in the video, then roll again.
8: grease the baking tray, place the naan and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
9: once baked butter the top.
10: serve hot.
