1: whipping cream 2 cups
2: ice water 5 tbsp
1: in a chopper add the cream and beat till the cream looks yellow and gets thick.
2: then add the cold water and beat till the water separates and the cream looks like a solid mixture.
3: drain the water and squeeze the ball of butter till no liquid is left.
4: store in a air tight zip lock bag, use with in 5 to 7 days.
5: serve it with roti, naan, make paratha with it, serve it with hot naan and Shakar (Brown Sugar), Gur (jaggery) .
NOTE: YOU CAN FLAVOUR THE BUTTER WITH SALT, GARLIC OR ANY HERBS YOU LIKE.
KEEP THE SQUEEZED WATER AS IT CAN BE USED FOR MAKING CAKES, NAAN, BREAD ETC.
