For Pizza:
1: boneless chicken 1 kg (cut in small pieces)
2: tandoori masala 3 tbsp (check the link in the video)
3: lemon juice 2 tbsp
4: coal to smoke the chicken
5: pizza dough (check the link in the video)
6: Cheddar cheese 2 cups (grated)
7: mozzarella cheese 2 cups (grated)
8: crushed red chilli 2 tbsp
9: oregano 2 tbsp
10: pizza sauce 1 cup (check the link in the video)
11: sweet corn
12: bell pepper red & green small
13: black olives
14: onion 1 small (finely sliced)
15: jalapeños
16: salami slices
For Baking in Handi:
1: handi
2: salt 800g
3: pot to keep in the handi
4: pizza pan 9 inch
1: in a bowl add chicken, tandoori masala, lemon juice mix well.
2: heat oil 2 tbsp and add the chicken cook till tender, on low to medium flame.
3: heat the coal and place it in a bowl add oil and cover till the smoke settles, then leave it to cool.
4: grease your hands and punch down the dough and divide the dough in two.
5: take one piece of dough and spread it in the 9 inch pan, with a folk poke in the middle, spread pizza sauce, Cheddar cheese, chicken, sweet corn, bell pepper, olives, onions, Cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, salami, jalapeños, olives, oregano, crushed red chilli and leave it for 15 minutes.
6: in a handi add salt place a metal rack or bowl, cover and heat the pot on high flame for 15 minutes.
7: now add the pizza in the handi, cover and cook for 15 minutes.
8: remove the pizza from the handi and leave to cool for 5 minutes, then slid it out cut and serve.
9: enjoy with any cold drink.
