1: milk 2 litre
2: khoya 1/2 cup (for homemade check the link in the video)
3: sugar 1 cup
4: rice 1/2 to 1 cup (boiled and mashed)
5: rose essences 1/2 tsp
6: yellow food colour 1/4 tsp
7: dry rose petals 1 tbsp
8: almonds 2 tbsp (sliced)
9: pistachios 2 tbsp (sliced)
1: boil milk.
2: add the boiled and mashed rice, cook on medium flame for 10 minutes.
3: now add sugar and cook on low to medium flame till gets thick.
4: then add the khoya, rose essences and food colour mix, cook again for 10 minutes on low flame.
5: once it gets thick add the nuts, mix well and keep in the fridge to cool.
6: garnish it with remaining nuts, rose petals.
7: serve and enjoy.
