1: milk 2 litre
2: rice 1/2 cup (washed, soaked in water for 1 hour and grind it)
3: sago dana 1/2 cup (soaked in 1 cup water and then drain the remaining water)
4: bottle gourd 1 cup (lauki) (i used 250ml cup)
5: sugar 1 cup
6: green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
7: kewra water 1 tsp mixed with saffron 1/4 tsp
8: almonds 30 (crushed)
9: cream 1/2 cup
10: mix fruit cocktail 415g can
11: dry rose petals
1: in a pan add milk, rice, sago mix and cook on medium flame till the rice is tender and sago it translucent.
2: peal the lauki remove the seeds and grate it, then cook it with 1 & 1/2 cup water till the water dries and lauki is soft, on low flame.
3: now add the lauki, sugar, green cardamom, kewra water, saffron mx and cook on medium flame till gets thick, keep stirring.
4: add almonds mix and leave to cool completely.
5: once cool add cream, fruit cocktail mix well.
6: garnish with almonds, dry roast petal and chilli in the fridge.
7: serve chilled.
