Ingerdients:
Chicken Marination:
1: chicken breast 500g(cut in strips)
2: oil 1tbs
3: black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
4: salt 1/2 tsp
5: vinegar 1tbs
6: garlic paste 1 tsp
7: worcestershire sauce 1tbs
Filling:
1: fresh baby spinach 1cup
2: cream cheese 3tbs to 5tbs
3: onion rings 2 large ( cut in thick rings)
4: oil 1 tbs
5: worcestershire sauce 1tbs
6: salt 1/4 tsp
7: dark soya sauce 1tbs
8: brown sugar 1 tsp heaped
9: mozzarella cheese 1 cup
10: bread slices 8
11: margarine or butter (as much required )
12: mayonnaise (as much required)
Recipe:
1: marinate the chicken, add the salt, black pepper, garlic paste, vinegar, worcestershire sauce mix well.
2: in a pan heat the oil and add the chicken with the marination and cook it on medium flame till the water in the chicken dries and the chicken is cooked completely.
3: mix the spinach, cream cheese and keep aside.
4: heat a grill pan and oil, then add the onion rings, dark soya sauce, worcestershire sauce, salt, brown sugar cook the onions well till the edges are brown and no liquid is remaining.
5: now butter one side and the other side spread mayonnaise, place the chicken on the bread which has mayonnaise spread on it then top it with the cream cheese and spinach mix, caramelised onions, mozzarella cheese and top it with the other slice of bread with mayonnaise side in and the margarine side out.
6: heat a grill pan and place the sandwich on it, place a plate on it to press the sandwich to get the grill affect on both sides.
7: serve hot or cold with salad.
