1: chicken wings or drumettes 20
2: plain flour 3/4 cup
3: salt 1 tsp
4: black pepper powder 1 tsp
5: unsalted butter 1/4 cup
6: garlic 2 tbsp (finely chopped or crushed)
7: parsley 2 tbsp (chopped)
8: parmesan cheese 4 tbsp
9: oil for frying
1: in a bowl mix plain flour, salt, black pepper.
2: roll the wings in it and then keep them on a plate.
3: heat oil on high, add the wings and fry till golden and crisp, then keep on paper towel.
4: in a pan melt butter then add garlic, parsley, parmesan cheese mix well and cook on high flame for a minute.
5: now add the fried wings and coat evenly.
6: sprinkle little parmesan cheese and serve hot.
