For Marination:
1: chicken 1 kg
2: green chilli 3 (chopped)
3: black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
4: red chilli powder 1 tsp
5: turmeric 1/2 tsp
6: garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
7: coriander powder 2 tsp
8: salt 1 tsp
9: lemon juice 2 tbsp
10: garlic paste 2 tsp
11: special ginger & garlic paste 1 & 1/2 tbsp (check the link in the video for the recipe)
12: yogurt 200g
Other Ingredients:
1: oil 1/2 cup
2: onions 2 large (grind)
3: garlic paste 1 tbsp
4: tomato ketchup 4 tbsp
5: garam masala powder 1 tsp
6: fresh coriander handful
7: green chilli 4
1: in a bowl add all the ingredients under marination, mix well cover and leave it for 1 hour.
2: heat oil add onion, garlic paste and fry on high flame till changes colour.
3: now add the marinated chicken and fry on high flame till changes colour.
4: then add tomato ketchup, water mix and wait for a boil, cover and cook on medium flame till the chicken is tender.
5: now add garam masala powder, fresh coriander, green chilli mix well.
6: serve hot with Roti, Naan, Paratha or Boiled Rice.
