1: carrots 1 kg (pealed & grated)
2: ghee 1/3 cup (or) butter 170g (or as much you like)
3: milk 1/2 litre
4: green cardamom powder 1 tsp
5: milk powder 1/2 cup
6: almonds 25 (sliced)
7: pistachio 25 (sliced)
8: low sweetener (canderel powder) 1/3 cup (or) as much as you like
1: place the grated carrots, milk in a large pot wait for a boil and the cook on low to medium flame till the liquid dries completely.
2: now add ghee or butter and cook well for further 8 minutes, keep stirring.
3: add green cardamom powder cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
4: then add milk powder mix well.
5: then add the almonds, pistachio mix add low sweetener mix well on high flame for a few minutes.
6: garnish with more nuts.
7: serve hot, warm or cold.
