Ingerdients:
1: chicken breast 2 medium (thinly sliced)
2: onion 1medium (finely chopped)
3: corn 1 cup (canned or frozen)
4: bell pepper 1 large (diced)
5: buns 4
6: lettuce as required
7: cheddar cheese 1cup
8: tomato ketchup 4tbs
9: mustard paste 1tbs
10: salt 1/2 tsp
11: garlic paste 1tbs
12: crushed red chilli 1tbs
13: mixed herbs 1 tsp (basil, oregano, rosemary, thyme etc)
14: oil 2tbs
Recipe:
1: heat the oil i a pan and add the garlic fry till golden brown.
2: now add the chicken and cook on high flame till changes colour, add the onions and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
3: then add the ketchup, mustard paste, salt, mixed herbs, crushed red chilli mix well.
4: then the corn, bell peppers mix it and cook on medium flame till all the liquid dries, then add the cheese mix and keep aside.
5: warm the buns on a pan with little oil.
6: now make the sandwich by add the lettuce and filling serve hot with fries.
