EASY BAKED PISTACHIO PUDDING

Ingerdients:

 

 

1: milk 2 cup

2: eggs 6
 
3: sugar 1 cup
 
4: milk powder 1 cup
 
5: pistachios 1 cup (crushed)
 
6: ghee 2 tbs
 
7: Elaichi (Cardamom) powder 1 tsp
 
8: green colour 1/4

Recipe:

 

 

1: preheat the oven 180c, 350f, gas mark 4.

2: oven proof glass dish greased.
 
3: blend all the ingredients in a blender till all mixes well.
 
4: place the mixture in the glass dish & place it in the oven to bake for 35 to 40 minutes, till gets a golden colour.
 
5: garnish it with extra pistachio.
 
6: serve hot, warm or cold.
