1: Mutton 1 kg
2: Yogurt 1 & 1/2 cup
3: Onions 2 large
4: Tomatoes 2 large
5: Cumin seeds 2 tsp
6: Green chilli 4
7: Button red chilli 12
8: Garlic cloves 12
9: Ginger 1 & 1/2 inch piece
10: Salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
11: Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
12: Lemon juice 2 tbsp
13: Green chilli 2 (chopped)
14: Fresh coriander handful
15: Oil 1/2 cup
16: Coal to smoke the curry
1: in a blender add all ingredients and blend to a paste.
2: marinate the meat with the grind paste, salt, lemon juice, garam masala mix well and keep in fridge for one hour.
3: in a pot add oil and the marinated meat and cook on high flame till changes colour.
4: now add water mix and cook on high flame till it boils, then cover and cook on low to medium flame till the meat is tender and oil comes on surface.
5: heat the oil.
6: add corainder, green chilli mix and smoke the meat as showen in the video.
7: serve hot with Roti, or Naan.
