1: mutton neck 1 (cut in pieces)
2: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
3: turmeric 1/2 tsp
4: coriander 1 tbsp
5: cumin seeds 1 tbsp
6: cloves 1 tsp
7: black peppercorn 1 & 1/2 tsp
8: green cardamom 6
9: fennel seeds 1 tsp
10: black cardamom 2
11: cinnamon stick 3 pieces
12: bay leaves 2
13: garlic 15 cloves
14: ginger 3 & 1/2 inch piece
15: onion 1 large
16: water 10 cups
17: crushed black pepper 1/4 tsp
1: in a large pot add all ingredients, wait for a boil on high flame then cover and cook on low to medium flame till the meat is tender and the water reduces.
2: now strain the stock, discard the whole spices, remove the meat from the bones and discard the bones.
3: now transfer the stock, meat in a pot add crushed black pepper and boil it for 2 to 3 minutes on high flame.
4: serve hot with the meat.
