1: custard powder 1 tbsp (heaped)
2: milk 1/4 cup
3: milk 1 litre
4: sugar 3 tbsp (or) to your taste
5: almonds 25 (grind with) milk 1/2 cup
6: green cardamom powder 1 tsp
7: jelly 2 packets (any flavour cut in cubes)
8: basil seeds 2 tbsp (soaked in water)
9: almonds & pistachio 20 each (crushed)
1: in a bowl mix custard powder, milk and keep aside.
2: in a pan add milk, sugar mix and wait for a boil on high flame.
3: now reduce the flame to medium and add the almond paste wait for a boil.
4: now add the green cardamom powder mix, add the custard mixture and mix, cook on medium flame till gets very slightly thick.
5: now leave the mixture to cool in the fridge.
6: for serving chilled add basil seeds, jelly, chilled custard milk, pistachio, almonds.
7: for serving hot or warm transfer the custard milk in heat proof glass topped with nuts.
