1: whipping cream 500g (chilled)
2: rich tea biscuits 225g (crushed)
3: nestle instant coffee 3 sachets
4: powder sugar 4 tbsp
5: crushed pineapple 435g (1 can)
6: walnuts 3/4 cup (crushed)
7: almonds 10 (crushed)
8: coffee 1/2 tsp
9: chocolate sauce 1/2 cup
1: place the crushed biscuits in a dish.
2: drizzel chocolate sauce on the biscuits.
3: in a bowl add cream, instan coffee, sugar and whisk till mixed well.
4: on the biscuit mixture sprinkle crushed walnuts, pineapple, the cream mixture.
5: now drizzel the chocolate sauce, almonds, coffee.
6: chill in the fridge.
7: serve and enjoy.
