Ingerdients:
Chicken Marination:
1: boneless chicken 2 cups(cut in 2inch cubes)
2: eggs 1
3: corn flour 1/4 cup
4: plain flour 1/4 cup
5: salt 1tsp
6: baking powder 1/2 tsp
7: black pepper 1/2 tsp

Sauce:
1: onion 1(cut and separate the layers)
2: bell pepper 3 colour (small cut in cubes)
3: water 1 cup
4: pineapple chunks 1 small can
5: pineapple juice 1/4 cup
6: white vinegar 1/2 cup
7: tomato ketchup 3/4 cups
8: sugar 1/4 cup
9: corn flour 4 tsp
10:salt 1/ tsp
11: Chinese salt 1/2 tsp (by halal chinese salt

12: oil 3/4 cup
Recipe:
1: marinate the chicken with salt, black pepper, baking powder, corn flour, plain flour and the egg ( can use more if required) mix well.
2: heat oil in the pan and fry, put each piece and fry till golden, keep aside.
3: heat oil in a pan add the onions, bell peppers mix and then add the ketchup, white vinegar, sugar, pineapple juice, salt, Chinese salt, water mix and wait for a boil.(high flame)
4: once it boils add the pineapple chunks and make a mixture of corn flour with water and add it slowly to make the sauce thick on high flame.
5: now add the fried chicken and simmer it for 5 minutes on low to medium flame, serve hot with rice.
