Filling:
1: chicken mince 500g
2: small paste any shape 1 cup (boiled with salt 1 tsp)
3: spring onions 3 (chopped)
4: cabbage 2 cups (sliced)
5: carrots 2 medium (peeled and cut in strips)
6: sweet corn 1 cup
7: fresh ginger 1 inch (grated)
8: fresh garlic 5 pieces (grated)
9: black pepper powder 1 tsp
10: white pepper powder 1 tsp
11: salt 1/2 tsp
12: Chinese salt 1/2 tsp
13: chicken powder 1/2 tsp
14: bean sprouts 1 cup
15: dark soya sauce 3 tbsp
16: oil 3 tbsp
For Making Samosa:
1: Samosa Patti (as many required readymade or check the link in the video for homemade)
2: plain flour 1/2 cup & water 1/2 cup (mix well to make paste)
3: oil for frying
1: heat oil add ginger & garlic fry for a few seconds, then add chicken mince and cook till the chicken is cooked and no liquid is remaining, on low to medium flame.
2: now add the veg, chicken powder, Chinese salt, salt, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, soya sauce mix well and fry on high flame (do not over cook).
3: then add pasta mix well, and keep aside to cool completely.
4: to make samosa: make the paste mix plain flour, water.
5: take the Patti and fold as shown in the video, add the filling, fold spread the paste to stick the ends.
6: heat oil and fry till golden on both sides.
7: can freeze them in zip lock bags once filled but (not fried).
8: serve hot with ketchup.
