1: chicken 1kg (cut in 12 to 16 pieces)
2: tomatoes 6 (sliced)
3: garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
4: turmeric 1/2 tsp
5: cumin seeds 1/2 tsp (dry roasted and then crush it)
6: cumin seeds 1 tsp
7: salt 1 tsp
8: red chilli powder 1 tsp
9: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbs (heaped)
10:oil 1/2 cup
11:green chilli 4 (sliced)
12:fresh coriander hand full
1: heat oil add cumin seeds, ginger & garlic paste, chicken and fry on high flame till the chicken changes colour.
2: then add salt, red chilli, turmeric, tomatoes, 1/2 cup water mix well, wait for a boil on high flame then bring the flame to medium cover and cook till the oil comes on surface and chicken is cooked completely.
3: now add green chilli, crushed cumin, garam masala, fresh coriander mix well.
4: serve hot with roti or naan.
