For Chicken Marnation:
1: boneless chicken 1 kg (cut in strips)
2: lemon juice 4 tbsp
3: chicken powder 1 tsp
4: red chilli powder 1 tsp
5: garam msala powder 1/2 tsp
6: green chutney 1/2 cup
7: coriander powder 2 tsp
8: cumin powder 2 tsp
9: salt 1/2 tsp
For Coating:
1: bread crumbs
2: eggs
3: oil for frying
For Green Chutney:
1: fresh coriander 1 small bunch
2: green chilli 4
3: mint 1 small bunch
4: salt 1/2 tsp
For Assembling:
1: bread slices
2: ketchup
3: mayonnaise
4: cucumber
1: make the green chutney by grinding all ingredients under chutney.
2: marinate the chicken with all the ingredients under marination, mix well and keep aside for 2 hours.
3: beat eggs.
4: press the chicken in the bread crumbs and then dip it in egg (at this stage you can freeze them).
5: heat oil and add the chicken and fry till golden and cooked on medium flame.
6: spread mayo on the bread slices and the ketchup.
7: place the chicken, cucumber and cover it with the other slice of bread.
8: serve with fries and drinks of your choice.
