Boiled Chicken:
- 500g boneless chicken
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Water
Filling:
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 medium bell peppers, deseeded and chopped
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Other Ingredients:
- 300g mozzarella cheese
- 12 cheese slices
- 2 to 3 tbsp butter, mixed with coriander
- Tomato ketchup, as needed
- 12 small buns
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C, gas mark 4).
2. Boil the chicken with vinegar, salt, garlic, and water. Once cooked, shred the chicken.
3. In a frying pan, heat oil and sauté minced garlic and chopped onion until soft.
4. Add chopped bell peppers and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add the boiled and shredded chicken, black pepper powder, paprika powder, salt, red chilli powder, and dark soy sauce. Mix well and cook on low to medium heat for 3 minutes.
5. Add mayonnaise to the chicken mixture, mix, and let it cool.
6. Cut the buns in half, spread tomato ketchup on one side, and layer with mozzarella cheese, chicken filling, and cheese slices. Cover with the other half of the bun.
7. Spread butter mixed with coriander on top of each bun and place them in the preheated oven. Bake for 7 to 8 minutes.
8. Serve the chicken sliders with fries and cold drinks.
