Ingerdients:
1: chicken 1&1/2 kg (cut in large pieces)
2: water enough to cook the chicken
3: sweet corn 1 can (drained)
4: red chilli 1/2 ts
5: black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
6: salt 1/2 tsp
7: mayonnaise as much required (i used 1&1/2 cup)
Recipe:
1: cook chicken, salt 1-tbs on high flame when boils then cook on low to medium covered till gets very tender.
2: remove the chicken pieces and let the extra drain, then shred the chicken pieces and discard the bones.
3: then add the mayonnaise, salt, red chilli, black pepper, sweet corn and mix well.
4: keep it in a clean air tight box in the fridge.
