1: chicken breast 1/2 kg
2: onion 1 medium
3: fresh coriander 1/2 cup
4: gram flour 4 tbsp (dry roasted)
5: desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
6: salt 1 tsp (heaped)
7: ginger & garlic paste 1 tsp
8: black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
9: papaya paste 1 tsp
10: red chilli powder 1 tsp
11: green chilli 6
12: butter 2 tbsp
13: coal for smoke
14: oil 4 to 5 tbsp
15: onion 1 large (sliced for serving)
1: in a chopper add chicken breast and make it fine.
2: now add onion, fresh coriander, gram flour, coconut, salt, ginger & garlic paste, black pepper, papaya, red chilli, green chilli, butter and chop well.
3: grease your palms slightly and make kababs. (AT THIS STAGE CAN FREEZE)
4: heat oil add the kababs and fry till golden, on low to medium flame.
5: heat the coal.
6: once all fried place in the pan add the onions, foil, hot coal a little oil and cover till the smoke settles.
7: serve hot with smoked onions, green chilli and chutney of your choice.
