Ingerdients:
1: chicken 12 pieces (give cut on the side of each piece)
2: yogurt 1-1/2 kg
3: onions 8 large (cut in thick rings)
4: potatoes 8 large (peeld and cut in half)
5: ghee 5 tbs
6: salt 1 tbs
7: red chilli powder 1-1/2 tsp
8: turmeric 1/2 tsp
9: cloves 1 tsp
10:black cardamom 2
11:black pepper corns 1 tbs
12:black pepper powder 1 tsp
13:cinnamon stick 5 small pieces
14:cumin seeds 2 tbs
Recipe:
Preheat the oven on high
1: in a large bowl add the yogurt, and all the spices and whole spices mix well.
2: then add the chicken pieces mix well then the onions mix again cover and leave for 20 minutes.
3: in a tray add the ghee and spread it, add the chicken mix and place it in the oven and cook till the water dries and the chicken is cooked.
4: in a pot add the potatoes, salt 1tbs, water and boil till they are cooked and soft, drain the water and then fry them till golden.
5: once the chicken is cooked and all the liquid is dried add the fried potatoes mix.
6: serve hot.
