For Chicken Marination:
1: chicken breast 1 kg (cut in strips)
2: thick greek yogurt 1 cup
3: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp
4: coriander powder 1 tbsp
5: lemon juice 4 tbsp
6: garam masala powder 1 tsp
7: cumin powder 1 tbsp
8: red food colour 1/4 tsp
9: red chilli powder 1 tsp
10: turmeric 1/2 tsp
11: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
12: coal 1 piece
For Paratha Dough:
1: plain flour 3 cups
2: oil 7 tbsp
3: baking powder 1 tsp
4: milk (warm) 1 & 1/2 cup (more or less)
5: salt 1/2 tsp
6: sugar 1 tbsp
7: yogurt 2 tbsp
For Serving:
1: chips
2: onion rings
3: sweet imili (Tamarind) chutney (link in the video)
4: mint chutney (link in the video)
1: marinate chicken with all the ingredients under marination, mix cover and keep it for 1/2 hour.
2: make dough: mix flour, salt, sugar, baking powder mix it, then add yogurt, oil, milk and knead to make the dough, cover and keep for 1/2 hour.
3: heat 5 tbsp oil add the chicken and cook till the chicken is cooked, on high flame.
4: heat the coal and add the chicken on a piece of foil, add a tsp of oil on the hot coal, cover till the smoke settles.
5: for paratha: make small balls.
6: dust the surface with flour, roll the ball, add 1 tsp oil, dust flour and roll it like a roll, stretch and beat on the surface , then roll it like a snail.
7: heat the flat pan.
8: roll the dough and place it on the flat pan, cook one side and turn, add oil on both sides and cook till golden.
9: to make roll: add chicken, chips, onion rings, mint chutney, sweet imili chutney, roll it.
10: serve hot with ice cold drink, enjoy.
