For Chicken Marination:
1: boneless chicken 1 kg (cut is small pieces)
2: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
3: lemon juice 1 & 1/2 tbsp
4: salt 1 tsp
5: red chilli powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
6: garam masala powder 1 tsp
7: cumin powder 1 tsp
8: coriander powder 1 tbsp
9: food colour 1/4 tsp
10: oil 2 tbsp
11: fresh coriander 4 tbsp
12: rice flour 4 tbsp
13: gram flour 1 cup
14: water enough to make the batter
For Assembling Burgers:
1: burger buns
2: sweet chilli sauce
3: mayonnaise
4: lettuce
5: cheese slices
6: onion rings
1: in a bowl add all ingredients under marination, mx well and cover and leave it for 2 hours.
2: heat oil and add the chicken pieces and fry on medium flame till gets golden and the chicken tender, then remove it from the hot oil and place on paper towel to remove extra oil.
3: heat a frying pan and apply butter and warm the buns on both sides.
4: now spread mayonnaise, lettuce, fried chicken pakora, sweet chilli sauce, cheese slice, onion rings, sweet chilli sauce cover the burger with the other side of the bun.
5: serve hot with fries, cold drinks.
