Filling:
1: chicken breast 500g (cut in very small pieces)
2: chilli garlic sauce 1&1/2 tbs
3: vinegar 1&1/2 tbs
4: dark soya sauce 1&1/2 tbs
5: crushed red chilli 1 tbs
6: salt 1 ts
7: sugar 1&1/2 tbs
8: onion 1 medium (finely chopped)
9: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbs
10:bullit green chilli 3 (finely chopped)
11:corn flour 2tbs
12:oil 2tbs
Dough:
1: plain flour 2 cups (heaped)
2: salt 1/2 ts
3: sugar 1 ts
4: dry active yeast 1&1/4 ts
5: oil 4 tbs
6: luke warm water ( as required )
7: sesame seeds for garnishing
8: egg 1 (for brushing)
Dough:
1: in a bowl add flour, salt, sugar, yeast mix then add oil mix and add water slowly to make the dough.
2: dust the working surface with little flour and knead it as in the video for 5 minutes.
3: grease the bowl with 2tbs oil and place the dough in it turn it once so that the top of the dough dose not get a hard crust, cover and keep in warm place till double in size about 2 hours.
Filling:
1: heat oil fry the ginger & garlic paste on high flame.
2: add the chicken, crushed red chilli, soya sauce, salt, vinegar, sugar, chilli garlic sauce mix well cook on low to medium till the chicken is cooked and no liquid is remaining.
3: then close the flame and add onions, green chilli mix well, then add the corn flour mix well leave it to cool.
Bread: preheat oven gas mark 5, 190c, 375f.
1: dust working surface with flour and punch down the dough.
2: dust the surface and roll the dough.
3: add the filling length wise, roll like a swiss roll firmly.
4: place it on a baking tray, stretch it and make it in a round ring, sealing the ends.
5: put cuts with a scissor, beat the egg and brush it, sprinkle the sesame seeds and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
6: serve hot with ketchup.
