Ingerdients:
1: chicken breast 1/2 kg (2 inch piece)
2: coconut milk 1/4 cup
3: cream 1/2 cup
4: onions 1 large (peeled and boiled and grind to a paste)
5: khoya 1/2 cup (check the link in the video)
6: butter 100 g
7: almonds 2 tbs
8: dried fenugreek leaves 1 tbs
9: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbs
10:tomato paste 4 tbs
11:black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
12:turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
13:salt 1/2 tsp
14:green chillies 2
15:cumin powder 1/2 tsp
16:red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
17:coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Recipe:
1: peel and boil the onions, discard the water and grind it to a paste.
2: heat butter in a pan and add the onion paste, ginger & garlic paste mix well and fry it on high flame till no moisture is left.
3: now add the tomato paste, chicken mix well and cook on high flame till butter comes on surface.
4: then add black pepper, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, cream, coconut milk, khoya mix well and cook on high flame till the butter comes on surface.
5: now add the almonds, dried fenugreek leaves , green chillies mix well.
6: serve hot with naan.
