Ingerdients:
1: chicken breast 1kg(cut in cubes 1 inch)
2: fresh coriander 1 1/2 bunch(grind)
3: green chilli 5(grind it with the coriander)
4: tomatoes 2 large(grind)
5: onion 1 large(grind)
6: green chilli 3
7: salt 1 tsp
8: red chilli powder 1 tsp
9: turmeric 1/2 tsp
10:coriander powder 1 tbs
11:garam masala powder 1 tsp
12:cumin powder 1 tsp
13:ginger & garlic paste 1tbs
14:cream 4 tbs
15:yogurt 1/2 cup
16:oil 1/2 cup
Recipe:
1: grind the coriander and green chilli and keep aside.
2: marinate: the chicken with yogurt, cream, cumin, turmeric, coriander powder, red chilli, salt mix well cover and keep in the fridge for 1/2 hour.
3: heat oil in a pan add onion, ginger & garlic paste mix well and fry till gets a little golden or stops spluttering, on high flame.
4: then add the tomato paste and cook on high flame till the oil comes on the surface.
5: now add the marinated chicken, coriander paste mix and cover and cook on medium flame till no liquid is remaining and oil comes on surface.
6: once cooked add the garam masala, green chilli mix.
7: serve hot with roti, naan or rice.
