1: lettuce as may required
2: mayonnaise 2 cups or (can use as much you require)
3: boneless chicken 1/2 kg (cut in cubes & boiled with salt 1/2 tsp)
4: walnuts 1/2 cup (chopped)
5: celery stalk 2 (sliced)
6: dry cranberry 1/2 cup
7: salt 1/2 tsp
8: black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
9: honey 3 tbsp
10: lemon juice 2 tbsp
11: tortilla as many required (readymade or homemade check the link in the video)
1: in a bowl add mayonnaise, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, honey mix well.
2: now add celery, nuts, cranberry, chicken mix well, cover and keep in fridge for 2 hours.
3: take a tortilla, place a lettuce leave, the filling and wrap it, as shown in the video.
4: you serve it as a salad, in a wrap, buns or bread slices.
