For Chicken Filling:
1: oil 4 tbsp
2: onion 1 large (finely chopped)
3: bell pepper 2 small (chopped and deseeded)
4: garlic 1 tbsp (crushed)
5: boneless chicken 800g (cut in very small pieces)
6: salt 1 tsp
7: paprika powder 1 tsp
8: corainder powder 1 tsp
9: black pepper powder 1 tsp
10: crushed red chilli 1 tsp (heaped)
11: tomato puree 4 tbsp
To Assemble Sandwich:
1: bread slices as many required
2: sliced cheese
3: cheese puck or triangle cheese
4: mozzarella cheese 200g (or) as much you like
NOTE: Preheat the oven 12 minutes before (180c, 350f, 4 gas mark) and make sure the top grill on also in the oven.
1: heat oil add onions and fry on high flame for 2 minutes.
2: add the bell pepper, garlic and fry for 2 minutes on high flame.
3: now add the chicken, salt, paprika powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, crushed red chilli mix well cove rand cook on medium flame till the chicken is tender.
4: then add tomato puree mix and cook further for 4 minutes on medium flame and then keep aside to cool.
5: place the bread slices on a baking tray add the chicken filling, place the slice cheese, bread slice and spread on the the cheese spread shown in the video any one and place it on the top of the filling, mozzarella cheese on top and place the tray in the oven and bake till the cheese gets golden.
6: serve hot with cold drinks.
