1: chicken mince 400g
2: red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
3: black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
4: salt 1/2 tsp
5: ginger & garlic paste 1 tsp
6: cornflour 2 tbsp
7: mozzarella cheese (or) cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
For First Coating:
1: plain flour 1/2 cup
For Second Coating:
1: egg (beat)
2: dry bread crumbs
1: in a bowl add chicken mince, red chilli, black pepper, salt, ginger & garlic paste, cornflour, cheese and mix well.
2: grease your plams and make fingures and keep aside ( made 14 with the mixture).
3: roll the fingures in the plain flour and keep aside.
4: now dip in egg, roll in dry bread crumbs (at this atage you can freeze them).
5: heat oil add the fingures and then fry them on medium flame, then keep on paper towel to remove extra oil.
6: serve hot with mayo, ketchup.
